Hot tub service includes water balancing, sanitizing, filter inspection and cleaning, vacuuming debris, cleaning of shell, cabinet, and cover, reporting of any malfunctions or damage, and a detailed service report.

Our Drain and Refill service includes a complete cleaning of all water lines, draining of old water, a deep cleaning of the shell, inspection of all equipment, refilling with filtered water, and water balancing.

All Montrose Spa Care technicians are Certified Hot Tub Technicians (CHTT) and Certified Pool & Spa Operators (CPO) through the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance. We are the only company within a 100 mile radius of Montrose, CO that can say this.

Hot Tub Maintenance Includes:
Safe access to equipment must be provided by owner
- Testing and adjusting water balance to proper levels for bather safety and equipment protection.
- Testing and adjusting disinfectant levels to provide sanitized water.
- Measuring and adjusting water level for proper system operation.
- Checking filter pressure, cleaning filter and pump strainers as needed.
- Cleaning minor dirt deposits, such as waterline "ring" and vacuuming sunken particles.
- Reporting any malfunction or damage to the system when discovered.
- Providing a detailed log of findings and system condition.

Untraditional Labor Service Rates
Untraditional labor such as rush service or after hour servicing is not included and will be billed separately. Clients with an annual contract are eligible for discounted rates on these services.
- Standard Contract Contract rates apply to customers with a signed/active route service agreement contract
- Rush Cleaning $175
- Technical Service $275
- After Hours $375
Our Technical Service Department is staffed by certified, trained, and experienced technicians. MSC is fully insured and certified as required by the State of Colorado, and the counties and communities in which it provides services.
Pricing above is for hot tubs up to 500 gallons.

Josh started tending to hot tubs as a household duty during his childhood in Ohio. This evolved into a summer job to make ends meet, which swiftly transformed into a passion as Josh delved into mastering the complexities of pool and spa maintenance. Over the span of ten years Josh has seen it all and become proficient in everything from water chemistry to equipment repair for just about every type of hot tub and pool system that exists.

Josh's journey into the pool and spa industry started in his early twenties when he took up a job at a local pool and spa maintenance company in Cincinnati. After moving to Colorado, he founded Montrose Spa Care to serve the Western Slopes pool & hot tub needs!
